Ride2Ride - Reins Therapeutic Horsemanship
Hey!
My name is Sam Hardy. This April and May I am riding the Trans America Trail, which is an off-road motorcycle ride from the east to west coast of America. This solo journey will take me around six weeks to complete, and I'll be covering over 6,500 miles visiting 12 states.
I have teamed up with Reins Charity to raise $4,500 towards their fantastic charity and have a participant go through a full-year scholarship program with them. Reins offer a unique opportunity for equine-assisted activities to children and adults ranging in age from 2 to 80 years old.
While other therapies offer great benefits, the introduction of the horse into their therapeutic activities changes the lives of so many! Reins often see those who couldn't walk, take their first steps and those who can't speak, say their first words... which is amazing!
Join Reins and me by donating towards our Ride 2 Ride project to help raise donations for a participant to go through their full scholarship program and to change someone's life for the better!
A complete adventure film documentary will be made at the end of 2022 and entered into film festivals where you can see the story of me riding the Trans America Trail and where all your donations have gone towards.
