REACH's dual mission is to provide services for people with disabilities so that they are able to lead self-directed lives and educate the general public about disability-related topics in order to promote a barrier free community. The geographic areas of North Texas that REACH serves are Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant Counties through the operation of the REACH Resource Centers on Independent Living which are located in the cities of Plano (Collin County), Dallas (Dallas County), Denton (Denton County), and Fort Worth (Tarrant County).
