About REfire Culinary, Inc
REfire is a tuition-free culinary training program for people with a significant employment barrier—a felony conviction. Participants of the 8-week program receive basic skills training and job experience, as well as job placement support. The REfire curriculum was developed by professional chefs and culinary educators and has proven successful in preparing graduates to fill the void of semi-skilled talent in Tallahassee’s retail food sector.
