The RED ROAD HOUSE, for recovering alcoholics/addicts in Rock County, is struggling financially. For 28 years, the RED ROAD HOUSE founded and managed by WILLIAM GRAHN, better known as BILLY BOB, has been classified as a Charitable Organization. Things have changed, however. In order to get the funding to sustain this MOST VALUABLE RESOURCE, it is now necessary for the RED ROAD HOUSE to be licensed as a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF).
