New Creation Café will serve free meals to anyone who is hungry while providing real jobs for people rebuilding their lives after addiction, incarceration, and hardship.

Our Story

I am the founder of RAM Ministries, a place of hope and life changing transformation. This idea has been on my heart since 2017, shortly after I started the Women of Courage program. and God has finally opened the door for it to happen. We have waited patiently in faith, and the time is NOW.

We are stepping out in faith to open New Creation Café, a ministry of RAM Ministries inspired by 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation…”

We believe in second chances...we have seen God transform lives over and over again. But for many, they are alone, with no where to go, and every door is closed in front of them.

This is not just a café.

It’s a place where people rebuild their lives.

The men and women who will work here are coming through our Women of Courage and Men of Honor programs. Many straight from jail or prison. They are learning purpose, integrity, responsibility, budgeting, interviewing skills, healthy relationships, how to put God first, and how to walk with him throughout their lives. They are ready for a change.

What Makes This Café Different

The meals will be free.

Donations will be welcome, but never required.

If someone is hungry, they eat.

Because of that, we are depending on people who believe in this mission to stand behind it financially.

Why This Matters

We see it over and over — these people come through our programs and truly want to change their lives, but their past keeps doors shut. They get out of jail/prison and all the excitement about starting a new life comes crashing down.

They want to work, but no one will hire them.

They can't make any money, so they can't move forward and they end up right back in the streets and in the hands of the people they shouldn't be with. Out of frustration they go back to their old lives.

We want to change that. New Creation Café will:

Provide real, structured employment

Teach consistency and excellence

Build strong references and resumes

Develop such strong work ethic that companies will want to hire our graduates

Keep them on a path to moving forward by continuing in our programs.

We don't want to keep them here forever, this is a stepping stone

We will teach them how to work like they are working for the Lord, and not for man. Our goal is to make them so dependable and skilled that employers say,

“If they came from New Creation Café, we want them.”

What We Are Raising Funds For

To open and sustain a free-meal model, we need support for:

Kitchen equipment

Licensing and inspections

Tables, seating, and supplies

Initial food inventory

Training costs for launch

Payroll support

Operating support so meals can remain free

We are inviting people to build something that restores dignity.

Right now, someone is trying to start over — and the door keeps closing.
