Dear dog/animal lovers, we need your help. This cutie Itsy-Bitsy is my foster who came from a hoarding situation, very neglected, which has cost the rescue a lot of money (picture of the bill is only for today).

This rescue is already drowning in medical bills because they have such a great heart; they practically don't turn away any dog in real need of medical care, no matter the cost.
