Over the past few years I have seen the situation of Yemen get worse and worse. Over 4 million individuals have become refugees. 75% of all people in Yemen suffer from malnutrition. 100 out of 1,000 children die....that means one out of ten kids you see in Yemen will end up dying. 

What is happening in Yemen is considered one of the worst humanitarian crisis in the world. However, due to the fact that social media and news outlets are not giving Yemen any attention, it has become a forgotten country. I have partnered up with Pure Hands, a 501(c)3 organization that is currently the only organization in America that can get aide and clean water into the country of Yemen in the most efficient means. 

This Ramadan I ask you to help raise money so that we can stop the killing and slow down the death toll of children in Yemen. The money that will be raised will go directly to Pure Hands which will be spent directly on the now orphans and children of Yemen. Every little kid deserves clean water and food. What is happening in Yemen is considered one of the worst humanitarian crisis in the world according to United Nations.  One out of ten children die from starvation.  That is 10% of all children in Yemen.  

I, Adam Saleh, partnered up with registered charity, Pure Hand Inc. to raise funds for my people, my brothers and my sisters in Yemen.  The children are starving to death and this Ramadan I hope to feed those in need with your help.  

Food packages to feed a family for one month are only $60.  Think about that, $60 to feed an entire family for one whole month.

After years of kids dying in Yemen, you would think that it would eventually stop.  However, here we are, several years later watching young Yemeni kids starving to death.  The situation in Yemen is one that is very complex, but what you need to know is that a child is starving to death every 8 minutes in Yemen.  If you are not aware then you can go on any website and search humanitarian crisis in Yemen and you will see thousands of pictures of little kids starving to death.  

Recently, the Yemen crisis has gotten popular once again after the recent death of Amal Hussain.  A little Yemeni girl (the one featured on this campaign profile) recently died from starving to death.  You can see the picture and it explains itself about the horrific condition these kids are in.  

I have Been a volunteer of Pure Hands for the past two years.  Pure Hands is one of the biggest Non profits in America and is known all across the world for the great work it does in Yemen.  Pure hands is a registered 501c3 non profit and this campaign is directly linked to Pure Hands bank account so all funds are delivered straight to Pure Hands with no middle man.  Pure Hands then has several on the ground teams in Yemen that will use this money to feed the starving kids in Yemen.

May God reward you if you have came to this page to even express interest in the Yemen crisis.  Yemen is going through one of the worst Humanitarian crisis in the world and due to limited footage and media, very few people have any idea.  Children are starving to death, parents are determining which children they should keep and which children they should leave to die due to lack of resources and no other options.  

Here at Pure Hands (the only non for profit in America that can get aide in Yemen legally) we decided to partner up with a local cow/sheep market in Yemen to help with spreading food to those in need.  Not only will you be getting the reward for slaughtering  a cow and sheep for Eid Al Adha but you will also be rewarded for helping the poor and helping Muslims going through famine.  

The local cow/sheep market we partnered with is giving us a cow for $800 which will feed 35 families and a sheep for $130.00 which will feed 5 families.  All the money will be sent first to Pure Hands which is based out of Texas and then we will pay the money to the market owner.  Yemen is in major need of help and children are dying everyday, please make the intention to please your Lord and donate generously.  If you can't afford to pay for an entire cow/sheep that is fine, donate what you can and you will be rewarded by the most just inshAllah.  Thank you so much and please share this page.

After an air strike on a bus in Yemen filled with little Kids, we at "Muslims of the World" partnered up with "Pure Hands" (a registered 501c3) in America to help bring aide to the people.   Over 29 children were killed in this accident and over 30 wounded.  Kids ranged from as young as 10-15 years old.   

Pure Hands is the largest Non profit in the World that focuses solely on Yemen.  They have an on the ground team that will provide healthcare to those in need and provide food and water for those in need.

150,000 individuals will benefit from Morrais Hospital


Morrais General Hospital Project

The problem appears through the exacerbation of the health situation in Morrais region, which is witnessing a continuous high increase in population density. Morrais is one of the areas that shows a remarkable and rapid increase in population density, as the Morrais area is considered an incubator for waves of displacement, and it is also an area that continuously receives many families and displaced families from all Cities of Yemen!

Why Morrais Hospital?

1. The absence of a qualified hospital or a qualified health center that covers even part of the region’s needs.

2. The far distance from the area where qualified hospitals are available.

3. Most of the hospitals founded are built on buildings not designed as a hospital's structures.

4. The death of many patients due to the remoteness of hospitals, the blocking of roads, and the inability to afford treatment.

5. The high prices of treatment in private hospitals, which leads to an increase in the suffering of the poor.




Location

A strategic site has been chosen for implementation. The project will be on an area of about 2,200 square meters, where it will be in the middle of the area, and the site is a center point for all isolations and villages of Morrais area - Al-Dhale Governorate

This is the most sadness recently!
 
Said the Poet bitterly as Happy Yemen became the most sadness for those who carry Yemeni identity.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and the humanitarian condition in Yemen is more bitter than Death!

A population of 30 million people who fall below the poverty line suffers from all kinds of poverty, hunger, disease, and death, periodically punctuated by epidemics, famines, war, and other natural and unnatural disasters.

World Food Program (WFP) information indicates that 20 million Yemenis are facing hunger, 14.4 million of them are in urgent need of life-saving support, and 15.9 million Yemenis wake up hungry every day. 

Malnutrition rates among women and children in Yemen remain among the highest in the world, with more than a million women and 2 million children requiring treatment for acute malnutrition. 

The numbers are increasing, and human tragedy is willing to grow in the absence of food and humanitarian aids.

Yemen is worse than ever, its old tragedies are exacerbated, and the outbreak of the new epidemic is knocking its doors, warning of imminent danger. Yemenis suffer from vulnerability due to hunger and malnutrition, and the whole nation suffers from the lack of immunity system, which is represented in the absence of a country that bears its national responsibilities. 

No resistance at the individual and national levels, which means that Yemen is easy prey to the fates of epidemics, how many epidemics overburden the developed world and place a heavy burden on the global economy?

The most basic prevention methods recommended by the World Health Organization are a heavy burden for a war-torn people who are not well prepared.

Time is critical, and Yemen is living in distress, which is the most suffocating around the world and in its history.

Its need for help today is urgent. It is like resuscitating the patient in the most critical stages.

Anyone who assists, regardless of the value, is tantamount to throwing the life-collar of a drowning man in trouble.

Support Suliman reaching his dreams

Suliman is one of the children of Tihama, just like most children in Yemen who have being a victim of the continuous conflict causing in denying them the minimum to live with dignity. He goes to school, clinging to dreams for the future, hoping that his education will be the gateway to a more beautiful future in a country exhausted by conflicts and wars. However, his family's poverty makes him unable to buy simple supplies that would enable him to continue his education without feeling deprived.

we want to support 500 children like Suliman to continue their education process by providing them with a school bag that contains all the supplies for the whole school year. As we bring happiness to the hearts of the children, we will offer a small reward to the teachers of Suliman’s school as an appreciation of their patience and teach students in light of the conflicts and the interruption of their salaries for more than five years.
Hamzah Al-Nashiri School, in which Suliman studies, includes 500 students and 15 teachers, in which students are taught from the first to the ninth grade. This school is located in the Al Masarifa area, one of the areas of Zabid district. The students come to this school from six neighboring areas.

الطفل سليمان من أطفال تهامة ككل أطفال اليمن الذين تسببت الصراعات في حرمانهم من الحد الأدنى للعيش الكريم. يذهب إلى المدرسة متشبثاً بأحلام المستقبل آملاً أن يكون تعليمه هو بوابة العبور إلى مستقبل أجمل في وطن أنهكته الصراعات والحروب.. لكن فقر أسرته يجعله غير قادر على شراء المستلزمات البسيطة التي تًمكنه من الاستمرار في التعليم دون الشعور بالحرمان.

٥٠٠ طفل مثل سليمان نرغب في مساندتهم للاستمرار في عملية التعليم من خلال تزويدهم بحقيبة مدرسيّة تحتوي على كافة المستلزمات للعام الدراسي كاملا وفي أثناء إدخالنا السرور على قلوب الأطفال سنقدم مكافأة بسيطة لمعلمي مدرسة سليمان وزملائه عرفانا منا بجميل صبرهم والقيام بدورهم في ظل الصراعات وانقطاع رواتبهم لأكثر من خمسة أعوام.

مدرسة حمزة الناشري التي يدرس بها سليمان تضم ٥٠٠ طالب و١٥ معلم يتم فيها تدريس الطلاب من الصف الأول وحتى الصف التاسع، تقع هذه المدرسة في منطقة المصارفة إحدى مناطق مديرية زبيد، وياتي إليها الطلاب من ست مناطق مجاورة.

The initiative of Yemeni American
To combat Coronavirus Pandemic

The world is facing an extremely difficult situation because of Coronavirus which has made it difficult for governments, let alone individuals, to combat it.

As the Yemeni American Community, an active and diverse group, is at the heart of this disaster, this initiative has been launched to engage all members of the Yemeni American Community with the aim of bringing them together and help reduce the impact of this pandemic on People in America and Yemen. By joining forces with four organizations “Pure Hands , ICRR , Yemen Aid , and Generous Hand” while working together with the support of Yemeni American organizations and Yemeni business leaders across the states, we are putting all efforts to combat COVID—19 in various ways.

Here’s how:

1. Providing cash and in-kind assistance to affected families who are not part of the American welfare and insurance system.
2. Making contribution and volunteering in America in all possible ways
3. Supporting families of victims while in a hospital or upon death, God-forbid.
4. Contributing to awareness by supporting efforts during the different phases of this pandemic.
5. Helping people in Yemen.

With your kind donations, this campaign will target and assist three groups:

- US Public Hospitals and medical centers with donations of PPEs for the combat of COVID-19

- Supporting Yemenis (and the general public upon request) impacted by COVID-19 that show the significant need for assistance.
(Requirements for financial support: Must be residing in the United States, non-eligible for the economic stimulus package passed by the Federal Government or have no family support).

- Yemeni families and communities in Yemen with necessary items to combat COVID-19 such as but not limited to PPE, hygiene kits, sanitary items, etc.

2. المساهمة والتطوع الداخلي في المجتمع الامريكي بكل الوسائل المتاحة .
3. إعانة المحتاج من عوائل ضحايا الوباء (لا قدر الله) وقت المرض أو الوفاة .
4. المشاركة في التوعية المجتمعية بالإجراءات اللازم اتخاذها في مختلف مراحل الجائحة.
5. مساعدة الشعب اليمني في الداخل حسب الإمكان.
