Pulaski Adult Day Service & Fall Prevention Center, Inc.

Pulaski Adult Day Services is in danger of closing its doors. Currently they have funds to continue providing services for only five months. Due to the pandemic causing a shutdown, many former clients had to choose other sources of care. Without this service many more adults may have to enter higher levels of care prematurely. The center offers assistance with activities of daily living, enriching programs, nursing care, meals, and so much more. The funds will be used to ensure daily operational expenses are met as the center continues to recruit and enroll clients. Funding is needed as soon as possible as the center will no longer be able to support its budget. By supporting the center both current and future client’s lives can be afforded the opportunity to benefit. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
