Outdoor Community and Learning Space
The Parent Teacher Student Association is applying for a grant from Great Outdoors Colorado (GOCO) to build a new outdoor community space. If successful, the grant will cover most of the cost of materials, Jeffco School District is providing the labor, and now we need you to help show community support. Your gift, of any amount, tells GOCO that you're invested and excited for this new community gathering space and will add outdoor furniture and other enhancements.
CCCK-8 PTSA and many community partners are coming together to build an outdoor community gathering space, and you can help it happen! Through the hard work of the CCCPRD and the CCCK-8, we have a beautiful soccer field, a baseball diamond, and a restroom that is accessible during the summers at the school. Now, we want to add two covered pavilions and an amphitheater. Teachers and students will have space for outdoor education and performances during the school day. We're excited for the community to use the structures while visiting the school or fields when school is out of session. The pavilion structures are a simple design that will not detract from the landscape's beauty. The amphitheater will mirror the canyon with a natural design.
Please help show that you're behind this community project and make a gift today! Thank you!
