Port Columbus Civil War Naval Center Inc (National Civil War Naval Museum)

The National Civil War Naval Museum at Port Columbus (Museum) will operate to tell the story of the Sailors, Soldiers, and Civilians both Free and Enslaved as affected by Civil War navies, to provide a repository for relevant archives and artifacts, and to inspire all generations of Americans.  The Museum will use all available media systems to include exhibits, artifacts, educational programs and living history.  The Museum will operate on a sound financial basis generating operating funds  from admission fees,  museum store sales, a membership program, donations, grants and state, local, and federal government funding.
