Braden Quesenberry is fundraising

The Justin Shilling Memorial Garden
Hello! My name is Braden Quesenberry, and I am a fifth-year student at Oxford Schools Early College. As part of my senior capstone project for this program, I am working with the Polly Ann Trail, Rochester Pollinators, and the Forever Justin Shilling Foundation to renovate a garden on the trail. This garden is right by White Pine Coffee Roasters in downtown Oxford, MI, and we plan to make it a beautiful space that supports local wildlife and honors the memory of Justin Shilling, one of the victims of the November 2021 shooting at Oxford High School.
While we have some funding for this project already, we have a massive space to fill and could use some donations. Planting 1,200 square feet is no small task, but every contribution will make a difference. All donations will go directly to The Polly Ann Trailway Management Council Inc. and will be used to purchase Michigan native plants and supplies. Our initial target is $2,000 for this year's planting, but we may expand it in the future depending on our progress.
Thanks for taking the time to read about this project! If you're interested in supporting this cause, you can donate to us on this page, and if you'd like to learn more about the people and organizations involved, they are linked below. Don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions!
