Because the Kids Still Need Us
We're raising money to benefit Point West Rotary Club Foundation, and any donation will help make an impact. The California Brewers Festival, our main fundraiser for the year, was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. This event brings in tens of thousands of dollars to benefit Runnin for Rhett and WEAVE , along with many more kids' charities.

Runnin’ for Rhett is a non-profit organization focused on our vision to give every child the chance to live a healthy life. Our mission is to inspire and enable our youth to Move into Life through our after school running program where we train with and educate students on the value, benefits and fun associated with adopting a healthy lifestyle.

In a normal year, WEAVE already answers more than 13,000 calls on their 24/7 Support & Information Line, and that's before COVID-19. Since then, more calls have been received from victims and those calls have intensified – victims are sharing increased violence, threats, and fear for their children in their homes. Here's what WEAVE has done to fortify its offering:
--increased staffing on the 24/7 line
--created a chat support platform
--increased availability to legal support
--transferred "in-person" support to remote services to prevent COVID spread
