I am running for the Pine Street Inn! These donations will help feed, clothe, and provide shelter for many of Boston’s homeless and hungry people who struggle with their lives. I am a social worker who has seen firsthand how many homeless people are being treated. They struggle daily to get help financially and are willing to work for their needs. Willingness to learn and be productive is the goal! With your support and encouragement, I will continue my journey of supporting the Inn! By running and finishing the Boston Marathon! Thank you for all you can do for me and remember that every single penny counts! Whether it’s $1 or $100, it means so much to me and my friends at the Pine Street Inn. I am raising money for the Pine Street Inn -- I hope you will consider donating. Pine Street Inn is an organization that not only gives homeless people shelter but also provides multiple services to end homelessness in Boston, such as mental health and substance abuse counseling, job training, and a path to permanent housing.

The COVID-19 pandemic has driven more people to homelessness as they lose their jobs and ability to pay rent. Pine Street Inn supports nearly 2,000 people a day. In the past year they have helped to move 1,135 people from homelessness into a variety of housing options. I strongly believe that those of us who are well off have an obligation to support people in need. Please join me and give what you can.
