Hello, my name is Angela Carson, and I am the Executive Director of the Pine Grove Association, Inc., in Canton, Mississippi. For decades, our organization has been dedicated to bringing impactful programs and resources to our community.

Canton is a small, close-knit town filled with heart and resilience. But despite our strong community bonds, there’s something we’ve been missing—a safe and welcoming space where people of all ages can come together to learn, grow, and thrive. That’s why we’re excited to introduce the H.O.P.E. Center, and we need your help to make it a reality!

What is the H.O.P.E. Center?

H.O.P.E. stands for Health, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Elevation. This multi-use facility will be a beacon of support and empowerment for individuals and families in our community. We believe that everyone who walks through the doors of the H.O.P.E. Center will leave with a renewed sense of hope and possibility.

Why the H.O.P.E. Center Matters:

In recent years, our community has faced many challenges—from rising living costs and food insecurity to increased youth crime and mental health struggles. Canton currently has limited resources and activities for children, teens, and adults. The H.O.P.E. Center will fill this gap, offering a wide range of programs and services to uplift and empower our neighbors.

The center will serve as a hub for:

After-school programs to provide a safe and enriching environment for children.

Workshops and skill-building classes for youth and adults to help them thrive personally and professionally.

Workforce development training to prepare individuals for new job opportunities.

Events and activities to engage and support our senior adults.

Social services such as disability assistance, veterans' programs, and more.

What Your Donation Will Do:

To begin this transformational project, we are working to raise $150,000.

These funds will help us:

1. Pay off the land for the H.O.P.E. Center.

2. Cover initial site and engineering work to start the project.
