Help us to purchase an electric cargo van
Food Revolution L.A. is a food rescue and distribution program that serves Los Angeles County, California.
Our goal is to alleviate hunger in Los Angeles by rescuing food from grocers and distributing it to the most vulnerable. Our services include food giveaways, food distributions and deliveries.
Food Revolution L.A. receives support from the county, charitable organizations, and community members.
Unfortunately, because of limited resources, we have struggled
to meet the growing demand in the area.
That’s why we’re asking for your help. We are launching a GoFundMe
campaign to raise money to purchase an electric van. This van will allow
us to transport larger quantities of food and feed more individuals quickly
and efficiently.
Your generous donations will go toward purchasing the van as well
as the necessary equipment to make sure it is environmentally friendly.
This will include installing an electric charging station.
Your donation will have a lasting effect on the South Los Angeles
community. With the electric van in place, we will be able to rescue
even more food and feed even more people. We have many volunteers who
wish to help us distribute the food, but they can only do so much with
limited supplies. The electric van will be an invaluable tool that will
help us reach our goal of providing a food revolution in the city of Los
Angeles.
