Support PABS' Spring Show: Dance into Spring!
The Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society's spring show in May 2021 titled Dance into Spring: Ballet at the Bryn Mawr Gazebo will be a free outdoor performance open to the entire community to celebrate the resilience of the human spirit in these difficult times. The dancers of the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet invite you to join us for what will be our first live performance in more than a year.
And what a year it's been! The arts and artists have always needed strong support from our community and we need it now more than ever. It takes time, effort, and funding to present a show -- permits, insurance, location, stage, costumes, and much more! Please donate as much as you can to underwrite the cost of presenting this live performance free for everyone to enjoy, to feel uplifted, to celebrate. Then join us on May 15th and 16th at 2:00 pm at the Bryn Mawr Lawn Gazebo near the Ludington Library in Bryn Mawr, PA.
If we raise more than our goal of $10,000 in support of these performances, all additional funds will go towards scholarships for talented young dancers and more community performances in the future.
A little more info about PABS ... In 1986, Margarita and John White established the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society, an IRS designated 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Its mission is to:
