AAPI women have always been unstoppable. We haven’t always had each other.

6 years ago, Asian Boss Ladies was born when Co-Founders Rhea Wong and Stephanie Lai brought together a group of badass women and asked them: “When have you felt most powerful?” It sparked a conversation that continues to this day, with a network 200+ strong, featuring salon-style dinners, curated workshops, and an annual retreat–all focused on nourishing the long starving soul of the AAPI women community and developing each of us into the flourishing, liberated leaders we were meant to be. The pandemic and the surge in anti-Asian racism underscored the importance of ABL more than ever.

Today, ABL is in a destiny moment, and we invite you to join us.

Enthusiastic demand for ABL programming has fueled the formation of an inaugural Steering Committee and the appointment of our first Executive Director and Program Director.

Together, with your support, this group of dedicated leaders will multiply ABL’s reach and bring programming to the next level with enhanced monthly salon dinners, year-round workshops, and an annual retreat with celebrated speakers/facilitators, all thoughtfully designed to feed our minds, bodies, and souls.

A $50 donation gives you annual access to ABL’s growing email distribution list, through which members can post resources and connect with what will soon be one of the largest email distribution lists of AAPI women.

A $100 donation gives you annual access to ABL’s email list and ABL’s semimonthly virtual salon dinners.

A $250 donation gives you annual access to the email list and ABL’s monthly salon dinners (virtual and in NYC–more locations coming soon).
