About Partners in Development Inc.
Partners In Development (PID) was founded in 1990 as a nonprofit organization that serves the poorest of the poor in the developing world. Through child sponsorships, micro credit loans, housing opportunities and medical care PID aims to transform communities so they can be self-sufficient. Partners In Development serves over 40,000 people each year in Haiti, Guatemala, Peru and the Mississippi Delta who are determined to break the cycle of poverty for their families.
