Unusual as it was, I was thrilled to have a boys soccer season this year. The Varsity team won their Skyway Central conference and earned a place in the Chicago Public Schools Top 8 tournament (a first for Payton!), the JV team had an impressive 6-1 and also won the Skyway Central Conference and the Freshman team went 2-1. Congrats all, I am proud to be your coach.

In a normal year, we would have launched a fundraising campaign as the season started and filled our Payton Booster Association account to fund the season's needs for field rentals, referees, uniforms, warm-ups, our assistant and goalie coaches, and miscellaneous other expenses. With the chaos of our late start, we are just getting started with fundraising for the year.

Like most sports teams in Chicago Public Schools, Payton Soccer relies on private donations to fund operational expenses. Please consider making a tax-deductible gift to our program. Each year, Payton Boys Soccer requires about $10,000 of private donations.

COVID has hit some families especially hard this year, so we only ask that you contribute what you can. Donation receipts for tax purposes will be emailed to you from Payton Boosters Association, an independent 501c3 organization that coordinates fundraising for Payton's interscholastic teams.

Help support the Walter Payton College Prep Girls Volleyball program! For the first time in five years, we have a Head Coach returning to lead our girls in a new season. Yay Coach Darcy!

We need your help to support her efforts and leadership. The Girls Volleyball program is in desperate need of a reboot. We need a new net, new balls and ball carts, uniforms and other expenses to support the coaches and the team.
