The mission of the PSWAP Mentorship and Swim Organization is to TIE (Train-Inform-Educate) community youth by providing resources to underserved" children between the ages of 1 to 18 years who otherwise would not have the opportunity to learn to swim and to provide and provide them with mentorships from profesionaTs within our communities. Additionally each child will be equip each participant with a life-jacket and tools to be a productive citizen.
