Jour Samedi and OVERCOME, INC. have joined forces to launch the 30 Haitian Meals Challenge, a month-long initiative dedicated to feeding children and families in need across Haiti.

Throughout the month, a different traditional Haitian meal will be prepared and shared daily. The meals will then be distributed to vulnerable children and individuals facing food insecurity.

Your support will help provide meals, spread hope, and strengthen communities. Together, we can celebrate Haitian culture while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.

Yon Sak, Yon Timoun, Yon Avni (One Backpack, One Child, One Future) is a project initiated by OVERCOME, INC a A 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to supporting children and the youth.

In Haiti, thousands of children face significant barriers to education. Many families faces financial struggles and cannot afford basic school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, and uniforms. As a result, some children attend school without the materials they need to learn effectively, while others are unable to attend school consistently at all.

Through the generosity of donors, sponsors, and community partners, the campaign aims to provide backpacks filled with educational materials to children and youth from underserved communities in Haiti.

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and dream without being limited by a lack of basic school supplies.
