Running One Mile Daily in 2026 for Military Families
Starting January 1, I’m committing to running at least one mile every day throughout 2026.
This challenge is built on a simple idea: consistent, committed effort—done daily—builds discipline, resilience, and long-term change. Every run will be logged publicly on Strava so the challenge is fully transparent and verifiable.
I chose to support Our Military Kids because their mission focuses on children in military families—kids who often carry stress, responsibility, and uncertainty far beyond their years when a parent is deployed or injured. Discipline and structure have played an important role in my own life, especially through physically and mentally demanding pursuits, and this challenge is my way of turning those values into something meaningful.
For the duration of 2026, 50% of all net profits generated from the YouTube series documenting this challenge will be donated to Our Military Kids.
The fundraising goal is $100,000 by the end of 2026. If that goal is reached early, the challenge — and the donations — will continue beyond it.
