Our mission is to reach animal lovers compassionate to our cause of saving as large a number as possible of stray & neglected animals caused by abuse, overpopulation, & numerous other factors. We are the advocate in their corner to facilitate the transition from being stray & neglected to that of ultimately residing within a permanent, safe, & loving environment. Oscar’s Foundation will do what it takes to save animals in need through our many public charitable programs we fund with donations received.

Our goal is providing them a safe & loving environment while transitioning them to permanent loving homes preventing these unwanted animals from experiencing starvation, abandonment, neglect, untreated illnesses, & euthanasia. Your tax deductible donations enable us to continue the essential & proven public charitable programs we oversee, & offer facilitating foster parenting, assistance with supplies & necessary veterinary services, & necessary re-homing services.
