EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Operational K9 Medical Team of Wisconsin, a 501(c)(3) organization, was founded in 2020 to provide education for Law Enforcement and other First Responders throughout the State of Wisconsin. Our goal is to prepare these personnel with the skills needed to provide top-level point of injury medical care to injured Operational K9s and assist with the K9s transport to a higher level of Veterinary Care.
