Operation Bootstrap Africa

ERIPOTO's mission is to protect and empower women and girls in northern Tanzania. The organization achieves this mission by facilitating community-based discussions about safety and violence, providing small business training to women, leading mentorship programs in schools, providing scholarships and school supplies to children with few resources, and operating a safe house that supports girls who face early forced marriages and other forms of gender-based violence.

ERIPOTO is a registered nongovernmental organization (NGO) in Tanzania that benefits from the support of OPERATION BOOTSTRAP AFRICA (OBA), a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
