You can see it all in his eyes -- the zest for living, the humor and intelligence, the love for his family and for all of the world. Scott was a loving father and grandfather and a friend to many. We will miss his laughter-filled voice and his bright presence immensely.

To honor Scott, and to do something we know he would like, we have created the Scott Einbinder Memorial Fund for Open Arms of Minnesota, a place where Scott worked and which was close to his heart. Open Arms is a non-profit that cooks and delivers free, nutritious meals to people living with life-threatening illnesses in the Twin Cities. If you feel drawn to making a contribution in memory of Scott, you can do so here. All contributions will be delivered directly to Open Arms. There is no cap on the memorial fund. If donations exceed the goal, we will just continue to send your memorials to Open Arms.

He left us too soon, but he will never be forgotten.
