One Can Help (OCH) provides the missing resources at-risk youth, foster children and underserved families involved in the juvenile court and child welfare systems urgently need to improve difficult lives and build better futures. By quickly providing individualized resources that are not available elsewhere, OCH makes it possible for our most vulnerable to take positive steps forward when poverty obstacles are standing in the way. The unique assistance that OCH provides helps level the playing field so that all children and families, regardless of income level or race, have the chance to achieve positive outcomes in these forums.
