In 2026, Omega Men in Action is launching our Season of Impact Campaign, a multi-month initiative designed to uplift families and empower youth through education, wellness, food security, and holiday support.
PHASE I – Education, Health & Empowerment (November)
We begin with a powerful week of programming focused on youth development, health equity, and community engagement, including:
- Langston Hughes Oratory Competition
- International High School Essay Contest
- Dr. DeNorris Crosby Junior Scholar of the Year Award
- Brother You’re On My Mind (BYOMM) mental health conversation
- Celebration of Fathers
- Charles R. Drew Blood Drive
- Omega Pathway Career Event for high school and college students
PHASE II – Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway (November)
Our efforts culminate with a Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway hosted at our year-round Omega Men in Action Emergency Food Pantry, ensuring families can gather around a holiday meal with dignity.
PHASE III – Holiday Toy Drive & Giveaway (December)
We close the season by spreading joy through our Holiday Toy Drive and Giveaway, providing toys to children and relief to families during the holidays.
