March For Our Lives-Tulsa
School safety is not a political issue. There cannot be two sides to doing everything in our power to ensure the lives and futures of children who are at risk of dying when they should be learning, playing, and growing. The mission and focus of March For Our Lives is to demand that a comprehensive and effective bill be immediately brought before Congress to address these gun issues.
Every kid in this country now goes to school wondering if this day might be their last. They live in fear. It doesn't have to be this way. Change is coming. It starts now, inspired by and led by the kids who are our hope for the future. Their young voices, and the voices of all who demand change, will be heard.
On March 24, 2018, the kids and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets of Washington, DC along with many sister marches all over the United States to demand that their lives and safety become a priority. March For Our Lives-Tulsa, in cooperation with The Tulsa Women's March and Oklahomans for Equality will march with them.
March For Our Lives-Tulsa will be held downtown on March 24, 2018, beginning at 10:00am. This fund has been established to help cover the costs associated with carrying out this event, and future efforts to support the safety of our schools and youth.
The goal is to secure all funds as quickly as possible. Thank you for your support and for your stand against gun violence in our country.
