Ensure a Summer of Fun and Safety for Kids
We are reaching out to you today with an invitation that has the power to make a significant positive impact on the lives of countless young children in our community.

We firmly believe that every child deserves to experience a childhood filled with joy, laughter, and boundless opportunities. Sadly, many kids in Chicago’s West Side face daily challenges associated with violence, gangs, and drugs. Eicoff is proud to support Off the Street Club’s “Save Our Summer” (S.O.S) campaign, a program that lets kids be kids! S.O.S. is a safe haven for the kids and a place where they can escape these threats and embrace a world full of wonder and possibilities.

This summer, we have set an ambitious goal: to send 60 deserving children to an unforgettable summer camp experience. We have organized an exclusive event on July 12, 2023, to raise funds for this noble cause, and we warmly extend an invitation to you to join us as a guest or sponsor. Your generous support will help us achieve our goal and make a real difference in the lives of these young individuals.

Location: Eicoff, 333 N. Green Street, 19th floor, Chicago, IL

Our event promises to be an exciting and enjoyable affair, featuring music, food, beverages, and an opportunity to meet the amazing kids. It will be an opportunity for like-minded individuals and organizations to come together, reaffirm our shared values, and contribute to the betterment of our community.

If you're unable to attend the event, we understand and greatly appreciate your consideration of making a donation. Every contribution, no matter the size, will go directly towards helping us send 60 deserving children to camp, where they can enjoy a summer filled with joy, friendship, and personal growth. Energy BBDO is a proud, long-standing supporter of Off The Street Club (OTSC) and every year during the holiday season we fundraise to support the club, kicking it off with our Thanksgiving celebration. Once again, let's come together to show them love and support!

If you’re just getting to know the club, Off The Street Club is an after-school program for boys and girls who live in one of Chicago’s most dangerous neighborhoods, West Garfield Park. The Club is a safe haven where these youngsters can escape the violence and just be kids.

Anyone who has spent time with the kids knows how OTSC has transformed their lives. We are grateful to each and every one of you who steps up to help the kids and to protect them during this time when they are most vulnerable.

Energy BBDO's 2022 OTSC SOS Campaign
Energy BBDO is a proud, long-standing supporter of Off The Street Club (OTSC). Each summer we participate in OTSC’s Save Our Summer campaign. This year is no different, with the club following all safety precautions (including vaccines) to make camp possible for the kids. Amid COVID-19 and increased racial violence especially in the summer, the club needs our help more than ever and we will continue to support them! Our goal is to raise $5,000 this week – which the agency will match – to help send 20 kids in need to the local summer camp, called Camp Mathieu. The fundraiser will run now through July 28.

If you’re just getting to know the club, Off The Street Club is an after-school program for boys and girls who live in one of Chicago’s most dangerous neighborhoods, West Garfield Park. The Club is a safe haven where they can escape the violence and just be kids.

S.O.S. is a program that takes kids away from the violence, drugs and gang activity they so often encounter to a summer camp where they can be something they deserve – kids. This year, our goal is to send 80 kids to camp! You can make a big difference by donating to this worthy cause.

Water Canteens for OTSC
PLEASE HELP OUR KIDS HAVE A MEMORABLE SUMMER!

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit Off the Street Club - specifically for their summer camp, Camp Mathieu. My brother and sister - Jeff and Caitlin Immel - are both Board Members and have introduced us to Off the Street Club, it’s organizers, members and mission.

We were recently at Camp Mathieu, and asked its organizers what the kids needed most this summer. Water canteens! Therefore, we’re raising money to buy 1,000 water canteens for the campers to use during their camp stay - anywhere from a week to the whole summer.

And any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

When temperatures rise in Chicago, so do violent crimes. That’s why Off The Street Club is sending out a huge S.O.S.—Save Our Summer. And we need your help! The fresh air and activities at our Camp Mathieu, on 30 beautiful wooded acres just 30 miles from Chicago, makes the quintessential summer camp a reality for our kids. With your help, kids can trade a summer of dodging violence, drugs and gang activity with all the positive summer camp activities that help shape a young adult.

Our goal is to provide a safe and memorable summer for 1000 deserving boy and girls.

So far 433 kids out of 1000 are going to Camp Mathieu this summer.

Founded in 1900, Off The Street Club is Chicago's oldest boys and girls club. We currently serve more than 3,000 kids in one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the country, West Garfield Park.
