Odon Lions Club Foundation Inc

The Odon Lions Club, in partnership with the Samantha Porter Memorial Fund, is seeking to build an outdoor event venue for the North Daviess Community. Samantha's Outdoor Event Venue will be a beautiful site for weddings, reunions, and cookouts. It will include a fishing dock for seniors and people with disabilities. This venue would be an asset to our community and allow us to serve more people, as there is currently nothing like this in the Odon area.

Many of you will remember that Samantha was a senior at North Daviess High School who was involved in a fatal car crash. The Odon Lions Club has been entrusted with the money from the Samantha Porter Memorial Fund. We feel this outdoor event venue is a fitting tribute to a very special young woman who was a member of the Cheer Team, Cross Country Team, Band, Red Cross, Jump Club, and Student Council. We want to honor her memory by creating a space where all can come together. We seek to raise the remaining funds needed to bring this project to life.
