About Not Alone Notes
Not Alone Notes is a charitable, nonprofit organization dedicated to mailing free, handwritten notes to others with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders, such as body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). Our mission is to remind individuals with OCD they aren’t alone, encourage hope, and dispense mental health resources.
