It's very easy to dwell on all of the things that we can't do right now. But we can make a shift to putting out energy towards the things that we can do to help.

Food banks are working to provide meals to an increasing number of people in need. Whether it's a child without school meals,  families affected by layoffs, or elderly people who are concerned about going into crowded grocery stores: food banks are crucial.

I'm raising money to go directly to support the Northern Illinois Food Bank, a food bank that supports 13 counties throughout the Chicagoland area. The goal is to raise $1,000. A $1 donation provides $8 worth of groceries, so this goal would bring $8,000 of value.

Any donation will help make an impact. Even if you are unable to contribute, I ask you to think of ways to help your community during these trying times. We have to be creative while promoting the health of those around us. Thanks in advance for your contribution and the impact you are making on your local community.
