Eddie Piedra Memorial
There are people that come into your life and you are instantly drawn to their energy. Eddie was truly one of a kind! I was given the news that our dear friend was no longer with us. I am still numb from the news. It truly was so hard to hear, but the hardest part is those in pain around me. In this time we want to do something to help out in any way we can. Marty Klebba and I talked last night and our charity CoDA (The Coalition of Dwarf Advocacy) created a GoFundMe to help raise funds for any funeral cost that will come from this tragedy.
On Eddie’s facebook he has the quote "Don't count the days, Make the days Count." We have to remember that is the way Eddie truly lived his life. A smile that lit up the room, a heart filled with love, and true compassion for all he met.
We all have amazing stories about Eddie and we need to keep sharing those with everyone we meet to keep his memory alive.
