To promote the welfare of our children in all phases of community life. To develop a closer relationship between school, home and community. To bring into closer relation the home and the school, that parents and teachers may cooperate in the education of the children and youth. To develop between educators and extended families, united efforts that will secure for our children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.
