Help Sierra Mefford get to U23 Women's Nationals!
North County Wrestling Club's mission is to support local wrestlers. This includes backing our athletes' participation in local and national events.
Palomar Women's Wrestling team captain Sierra Mefford wants to compete at the USA Wrestling U23 National Tournament but needs financial help to do so.
A standout from Valley Center High School, Sierra is a 3C2A State Champion in college and has put together an impressive body of work so far. She has defeated multiple nationally ranked opponents, but she has yet to compete at an age-group national tournament.
In addition to her goal of becoming a National Champion, Sierra also wants to transfer to a four-year institution to continue her wrestling and academic pursuits. This tournament will put her in front of many NCAA and NAIA coaches.
We are asking that our friends in North County and beyond support this exceptional student-athlete as she continues to pursue excellence! Any donation that you can make towards Sierra's trip is greatly appreciated.
