No matter the results of the election on November 3rd, the New York Civil Liberties Union's (“NYCLU”) is prepared for the fight ahead. We are committed protecting and advancing civil rights and liberties for all New Yorkers.

NYCLU is a not-for-profit, nonpartisan, civil rights organization that is an affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union. NYCLU’s mission is to defend and promote the fundamental principles and values embodied in the Bill of Rights, the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution, including freedom of speech, freedom of religion and the right to privacy, equality, and due process of law for all New Yorkers.
