New England Jewish Academy

Eli is 6 years old. He trained for Celebrate West Hartford 5K run for one year, practicing with his parents and a coach. His goal was to raise money for his school’s (New England Jewish Academy) security fund. With almost one thousand participants, he ran the race on June 8, 2025. He was in first grade and in the youngest age group. He showed endurance and speed and came in first in his age group with time of 30 min 24 sec. This is quite remarkable for a six-year-old.
