National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse
About National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse
NASGA's mission - through outreach, advocacy and legislation – is to (1) educate the public as to the danger of wards of the state being stripped of all rights, liberties, and property, by court-appointed fiduciaries entrusted with their care, protection, and financial well being; (2) seek enforcement of existing law and reform of state-court "protective" proceedings across the country; (3) provide contact groups for our members where they can exchange ideas, information, experiences – and give and take support as needed. As we grow, we intend to engage in a number of important additional projects.
