About My Hope;s In You Small Animal Rescue, Inc.

MHIY will care for all domestic small animals on a species-specific basis, including necessary climate control and health needs (by qualified vet/vet assistant). Animals are acquired through owner surrenders, assisting local shelters, or capturing stray domestic small animals. Qualified homes are found by educating on proper species-specific care, as well as the application process for potential adoptors. MHIY attends community and private functions to educate the community about adoption and proper care. We offer private sessions by appointment for school events, clubs such as Girl Scouts, and special group sessions for potential families, encouraging the entire family to share the responsibility of care. We have plans for a volunteer program to benefit both animals and volunteers.
