About Moreland On the Move Community Association (Momca)
It is the mission of this association to improve the quality of life in the Moreland area of Shaker Heights and to empower Moreland residents through direct and active participation in the governing of our city. To that end, we will cooperate with the administration of the city of Shaker Heights, the Shaker Heights School District, and other community associations while retaining our independent voice in representing the interest of the Moreland Community.
