The Mon Valley Performing Arts Academy (MVPAA) seeks to provide no- or low-cost performing arts education to families in the Monongahela Valley Area. Performing Arts exploration instills an abundance of soft skills, such as time management, collaboration, leadership, and confidence. More importantly, whether young people are actively participating in performance or watching others perform, performing arts activities awaken in them creativity, encourage empathy, and identify responsibility.
