About Mission of Mary Cooperative

To be a catalyst and partner for sustainable urban development in Dayton, OH by way of food access, education, and restoration. Mission of Mary Cooperative is working on creating a local just food system by teaching neighbors to grow their own food through our backyard and community garden program to become more self-sufficient, resilient and to improve the communities health profile. We grow 35 tons of nutrient dense produce annually to improve food security in Dayton, OH. We educate PK-adults on sustainable and regenerative agriculture and the environment. TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY LIFE OF THE TWIN TOWERS NEIGHBORHOOD AND DAYTON'S EAST SIDE THROUGH SUSTAINABLE URBAN AGRICULTURE, URBAN LAND RESTORATION AND STEWARDSHIP, AND COMMUNITY EDUCATION.
