On March 31, 2025, the people of Mirebalais, Haiti, woke up to terror. Armed gangs stormed the city in a brutal and coordinated attack that left dozens dead, hundreds injured, and countless families displaced. Homes were burned, businesses looted, and vital community infrastructure destroyed.
This was not just another act of violence — it was a targeted strike on innocent lives, and the aftermath is catastrophic.
Mirebalais is in crisis.
Families are now sleeping on the streets with no shelter. Children are missing. Food, water, and other crucial supplies are running out. Police presence is minimal, and fear continues to grip every corner of the community.
