Mental health awareness climb
Hi everyone my name is sabrina dunbavin , I have organised a climb up Snowdonia on the 9/7/2022 me and 60 ladies and man and children including my mummy ❤️ showing our support for mental health awareness, amongst our group there will be family members and friends ..
The past three years I have challenged myself too complete in walks remembering my beautiful sister , brother , cousin , who we lost too suicide also remembering partner father too my daughter who was brutally murdered
This year my walk will be with many who have lost loved ones in other ways , who are all suffering that emptiness and loneliness in their own lives and also in their own grief
I feel mental health has become part of us all in many different ways , so too challenge ourselves and show support too each other and other people who may also be affected for other reasons is just a inspiration too all .
Everyone at some point In their lives will suffer some sort of heartache . We just want people too reach out , speak too each other , never feel alone , there is always some one who will listen .. some one too talk too some one who understand are just someone you feel you can open up too
