Hello people! My name is Jami Min. I'm running my first 100-mile race in a couple weeks and while it'll be challenging, nothing I will experience could compare to the pain and suffering those in Gaza must be feeling in this moment.
I recognize there are forces making it difficult for food and aid to get to our fellow humans, but still, I invite you to join me in raising funds to support this critical mission.
If inspired, please donate a flat amount to Middle East Children's Alliance that feels comfortable for you to share now. Or, to make things more interesting, do it old school style and pledge a per-mile amount then pay after the event.
Unfortunately, this fundraising app isn't set up to process a per-mile pledge so this will be the honor system. Just note your per-mile pledge somewhere before the race (Sept 20-21) and I'll circle back to this post after the race to report the number of miles I completed.
