Memphis Youth Symphony Program

Daniel was an amazing musician, among many other things. Many of us knew him through the various ensembles with which he played. One of these organizations was the Memphis Youth Symphony, in which Daniel played trumpet during high school. 

One way in which we can honor Daniel's legacy is by sponsoring that a chair in the trumpet section of the Memphis Youth Symphony be named after Daniel. Naming a chair in Daniel's honor includes a formal recognition of Daniel's memory on each MYS concert program for an entire year's musical season. 

Please help me in raising the necessary funds (any amount you are able to give at this time) to make this memorial a reality and to honor Daniel's legacy in this very special way.

As the new school year approaches, I’m asking for your support for the Memphis Youth Symphony Program instead of sending traditional school supplies. This wonderful organization celebrates musical development in a fun, inclusive, and collaborative community, and I believe that music education plays a vital role in shaping our students' lives.
