Mariners' Church is fundraising
Giving Tuesday 2022
As a church body, we have celebrated the arrival of construction equipment and the start of the clearing of the land in preparation for our new building that will sit on 8 acres of property just 1.5 miles from Gate 8 of the Naval Academy! We envision it to be a lighthouse for the Gospel where many can Know, Grow, and Go to share the love of Jesus with others. God willing, and with your help, we expect our building to be completed before Christmas of 2023! The greatest hurdle to reaching this goal has to do with construction costs. Because of the rise in prices during the long delay to receive our grading and building permits, we are about $258K short of our budget needed for occupancy. Our goal for Giving Tuesday 2022 is $175,000.
On this Giving Tuesday, we're inviting you to partner with us to help raise the funds needed to secure occupancy in our new home! We'd be so grateful if you took the time to pray about whether the Lord might be leading you to financially contribute to our Giving Tuesday project. Regardless, we greatly appreciate your prayers for our church as we build our new home for the glory of God.
