I’m reaching out to ask for your support for the Marin Brain Injury Network.
Three years ago, my sister suffered a stroke that left her with limited mobility and vision. Since then, I’ve seen how often the world quietly assumes full ability as the default, and how many spaces unintentionally exclude those without it.
This is one of the rare places where that assumption disappears. It’s a space where survivors can paint, cook, reconnect, and rebuild without obstacles in their way. Their work has meant so much to my sister and it has changed how I see the world.
This incredible organization provides vital services that fill the gaps left by the healthcare system, helping individuals regain independence and adjust to life changes. Donations will make a meaningful difference by:
- Funding scholarships for low-income families to access essential rehabilitation services.
- Supporting community awareness programs to educate others about brain injuries and their profound effects.
