Mana Maoli

Aloha kākou! Many items were stolen from our Mana Maoli ʻohana recently. Last month it was instruments, a laptop, ipads, cash and more - total value of $10k.  Now we just discovered the batteries of Meleana our solar powered studio were stolen  - total value of $2.5k. Mahalo for sharing this link!

2 possible ways to kōkua:


1) Any donations to help recoup costs of stolen items are greatly appreciated. 

2) Any information that might help us to retrieve the stolen items, especially the solar batteries and a red keyboard, Nord Electro 6D.
 
We will give a financial reward with no questions asked if the solar batteries or keyboard is returned in good condition.

Donations of $25 or higher will receive a digital gift pack of a dozen of our videos and mp3ʻs. 

Donations of $250 or higher would receive a tax donation letter as well.

* Red Nord Electro 6D keyboard
* MacBook Pro (2018 refurbished)
* 2 ipads
* Electric bass (Ibanez Gio GSR100EX) w/ case, strap, cables and accessories
* 2 acoustic guitars with cases, straps, and tuners
* 4 ukulele (including a custom made tenor 6 string and Pono brand tenor)

Since its inception in 1999, Mana Maoli has founded and supported Hālau Kū Māna (a culture-based Public Charter School), Kānehūnāmoku Voyaging Academy (a sailing canoe program) and the Mana Mele Project, which connects youth to a solar-powered mobile studio Melana, culture-based, standards-aligned curriculum, and over 200 Creative Industries professionals of the Mana Maoli Collective to teach Academics, Business and Culture through music, audio engineering, video production and communications.
